Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the medical nature of our products and health regulations, socks and garments that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or exchange. Only unopened, unworn items in original packaging will be accepted.
Non-returnable items:
- Worn or washed medical hosiery/garments
- Gift cards
- Specialized health and personal care items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
